How long does it take before my accommodation will be added to your pages?
Normally it takes about 24 - 48 Hours before you can see your listing. This depends on how long it takes to receive all the information from you.
What if I am Not Happy with how my listing looks?
You will be able to request changes to your listing at any time and we will make the necessary changes to amend the way your listing looks. If you are still not satisfied we will remove your listing and give you a complete refund.
What are the Hidden Charges?
The Scottish Borders Tourism Network does not charge outwith its displayed tariffs. You will be billed the prices shown at the time of listing and NOT A PENNY MORE.
Can I change where my accommodation is listed once my account goes live?
Your listing is based on the address of your accommodation and will be listed on a Town Specific website closest to your property. There should be no reason to Change your listing however please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
Can I choose which Town Site my Accommodation will be listed on?
Your listing is based on the address of your accommodation and will be listed on a Town Specific website closest to your property. Your accommodation will also be listed on the SBTN Main Site.
Can I list my accommodation on more than one Town Site?
Yes, you can add your listing to more than one site within a 15 mile radius of your existing accommodation. For Example. If your Accommodation is based in Melrose. Your accommodation will be added to the Melrose Website as Default however can also be added to the Galashiels Website.
Do I have to pay extra for adding my accommodation to more than one site?
Yes you will have to pay an additional fee to add to more than one site. This is normally the price of a typical listing less 50%. (Only available to yearly subscribers) |
